At Blattner, empowering women to lead with confidence is integral to our purpose of Leading America to a Clean Energy Future. Last week, we had the privilege of serving as the Community Partner for the 2024 Women of Influence Summit, an annual day of inspiration and personal development created by the professional coaching organization Next Monday. This year’s summit theme was “Cultivating Confidence,” and it centered around inspiring messages of leading with courage and purpose.
The event welcomed over 600 attendees, including more than 160 women from Blattner and Blattner’s clients.

The summit featured keynote speeches and panel discussions that offered practical strategies for overcoming self-doubt, navigating career challenges and leading with courage. Inspirational speakers shared their stories of overcoming setbacks and celebrated the strength they’ve gained through their personal and professional experiences. Summit attendees participated in workshops that focused on confidence-building and were encouraged to embrace their leadership potential and step into roles of influence.
Members of our team described the summit as a beneficial experience that left them feeling more confident, empowered and connected to their peers.
