Throughout May and early June, we welcomed 123 new and returning student interns to our Blattner team.
Approximately 60 students will attend early start sessions with about 70 more students joining a full intern team session. The students are from 70 different schools across the U.S. The field interns will serve in roles such as field construction coordinator, electrical field construction coordinator, site safety coordinator and quality intern, while interns in the corporate office will support Business Development, Pre-Construction, Finance, IT and Supply Chain. They will shadow various staff within the respective functional areas.
Our internship program plays a significant role in building a pipeline of future employees. Interns play a significant role in building a pipeline of future employees with an incredible 62.5% conversion from field interns to full-time staff.
